This role is designed for an experienced advisor who can help senior stakeholders improve leadership effectiveness, align teams, strengthen organisational performance, and support operational excellence across key business functions.

This is not a CEO appointment. It is an advisory role supporting the CEO and executive team in the areas of leadership, organisational effectiveness, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
- Advise the CEO and senior leadership team on leadership effectiveness and operational improvement
- Provide one-to-one and team-based leadership coaching using a structured coaching approach
- Support initiatives that improve collaboration, decision-making, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Contribute to operational excellence efforts focused on efficiency, process improvement, and sustainable growth
- Work across functions such as finance, HR, and compliance to help align operations with strategic objectives
- Identify practical opportunities for performance improvement and support implementation planning
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide clear, actionable guidance
- Help leadership teams maintain momentum on strategic and organisational priorities

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles
- Strong track record in leadership development, executive coaching, or mentoring senior stakeholders
- Experience driving operational strategies and improving business performance
- Ability to work across multiple business functions with sound judgement and discretion
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- An advanced degree may be advantageous
