The Role  

As Category Manager you own the commercial success of our brand portfolio across the USA and Europe. You are the bridge between our suppliers and our customers. While our Supply Chain Manager handles inventory levels, you focus on what we sell, who we partner with, and how we grow revenue.


What You’ll Do


  • Strategic Sourcing: Own the assortment strategy, balancing growth, margin, and brand positioning.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Secure the best possible terms - buying prices, payment terms, and exclusive marketing contributions.
  • Brand Growth: Work with Marketing to plan launches, promotions, and campaigns for A-brands.
  • Curation & Onboarding: Conduct market research to identify the next big biohacking trend and lead the end-to-end onboarding of new brands.
  • Relationship Management: Conduct business reviews with US and European suppliers, tracking KPIs like sales performance and margin.
  • Internal Alignment: Partner with Supply Chain Manager, Marketing and the General Manager to ensure our commercial plans are profitable and scalable.
  • You will report directly to General Manager.


Who You Are


  • A Commercial Closer: You are comfortable negotiating across time zones.
  • Data-Informed: You use data and tools for forecasting and reporting, but you don't hide behind the numbers - you provide actionable insights.
  • Direct & Autonomous: You enjoy a remote environment where you are expected to take ownership and speak plainly.
  • >4 years of relevant work experience
