We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients through effective workstation assessment management and product recommendations.
This role is remote and primarily home based, but there may be occasional travel to clients sites or meetings.

What You'll Do
- Manage the WorkRite system for designated clients, ensuring all cases are updated promptly.
- Oversee the workstation assessment (DSE) process and provide guidance remotely (or occasionally face-to-face) for staff with workstation or musculoskeletal issues.
- Administer client e-learning systems and arrange triage calls/assessments.
- Recommend products and manage ordering processes, keeping clients and end users informed.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support, including Management Information and compliance improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing services based on client feedback.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
- Suitable background and experience in providing DSE assessments, as well as preferably having a physiology background.
