Role Responsibilities
- Review caregiver- and family-support guidance for clarity, accuracy, and real-world usefulness.
- Validate content related to respite care, advocacy organizations, state and local benefits, and service system navigation.
- Assess materials addressing sensitive topics such as caregiver burnout, relationship strain, and intra-family conflict.
- Ensure guidance reflects practical, accessible pathways for neurodiverse families.
- Provide concise, high-quality expert feedback to improve dataset consistency and accuracy.
- Strong experience as a therapist, LCSW, caregiver support group leader, or respite-care professional.
- Deep familiarity with caregiver-support services, respite programs, advocacy networks, and state/local benefit systems.
- Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and families across emotional and practical contexts.
- Proven ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism on sensitive family topics.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine structured support content.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
