We’re on the lookout for a proactive, heart-forward Care Coordinator who’s ready to make a real impact while working remotely.
While this is a remote position, we strongly prefer candidates located near our office at 7060 Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles, as proximity may be beneficial for occasional collaboration and future opportunities to work more closely with the team. We are looking to hire quickly, but we also want to review candidates who are located close to our office.

Women’s health and mental wellness are evolving fast, and so are we. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the voice, guide, and advocate for women navigating hormone replacement therapy (HRT), mental wellness, and integrative care.
You’ll also collaborate with our partners at Better U Care to support mental health patients and contribute to cross-team coordination that keeps care truly connected.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the first friendly, knowledgeable contact for women exploring hormone and mental health care.
Coordinate care and communication between patients, providers, and pharmacies.
Manage prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow-ups with precision and empathy.
Ensure every patient’s experience is seamless, supportive, and HIPAA-compliant.
Collaborate with clinical teams at Evernow and Better U Care to keep treatment plans aligned and proactive.
Bring heart and hustle to every interaction — quality care, powered by connection.
What You Bring:
Experience supporting Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), women’s health, or mental health coordination.
Familiarity with prior authorization workflows and pharmacy communication.
A passion for tech-enabled care — comfort using EMR/CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience a plus).
High emotional intelligence, exceptional organization, and a genuine care for people.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend flexibility)
