Position Information
We are hiring a full-time, remote Capital Markets Analyst based in Mexico.
The Capital Markets Analyst will be responsible for researching market trends and maintaining familiarity with the current market environment in order to provide up-to-date insight and recommendations to clients. Part of Logan's differentiated process is filtering through thousands of investor relationships to target a select group of investors for each deal. This step is followed by introducing these deals to the relevant investors with an efficient and informational outreach process. As we've grown, we need additional support in this critical task. Filtering through investor and buyer lists requires significant attention to detail, interest in finance and investors, and stamina. Each investment is unique, and each investor/buyer is unique, so this match-making process is critical to targeting the right investors to get great deals done.
Responsibilities
- Build detailed and high-quality filtered buyers lists
- Perform consistent and effective outreach to inform potential investors about relevant deals
- Evaluate and prescreen buyer information
- Support and communicate capital market initiatives
- Prepare and send weekly reports to clients
- Provide highly organized buyer information for more timely and profitable transactions
- Data entry tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Based in Mexico
- Native or near-native English fluency
- Experience with financial modeling, market research, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets strongly preferred
