Accountabilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of branded content campaigns across social, editorial, and video formats, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Write compelling, platform-optimized copy that aligns with brand voice, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee production timelines and coordinate creative resources, including designers, video producers, and creators.
  • Collaborate closely with client success partners to align messaging, manage feedback, and ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, including hands-on execution within ad management tools.
  • Test and iterate on content formats, creative approaches, and paid strategies to continuously enhance campaign performance.
  • Partner with social and research teams to develop new branded franchises, analyze performance, and apply insights to future initiatives.
  • Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and inform optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content production, campaign management, or digital marketing, with strong hands-on paid social expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, ad formats, trends, and performance-driven content strategies.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end in collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging by platform and audience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with paid social ad managers and analytics tools; experience with Asana or similar project management platforms is a plus.
  • Background in media, publishing, agency, or digital-first environments preferred; parenting or lifestyle content experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative environments.
