Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales as needed.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system or CRM software.
  • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures when handling different topics.
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear, concise information or escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn customer management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus.
