On June 4th, we are hosting a Cabin Crew Information Day in Ulm. This unique event is designed to give a realistic and engaging insight into the cabin crew profession and connect with motivated individuals who are ready to take the next step. We will start with a presentation of the company, and from 11:00 our recruiter will be available for interviews.

As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are endless, including becoming a Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to become our Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, however it is also a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You will be required to operate both early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 am on the early roster and not returning home until midnight on the late roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying!

- You must approximately be between 5 “2 (157 cm) and 6” 2 (188 cm) in height.
- You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
