Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Minimum Height: 158 cm
- Education: Completed secondary education
- Certification: valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
- Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged
- Medical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
- Experience: cabin crew experience with valid EASA attestation
- Personal Attributes: This is a role for people who enjoy working with others, adapt well to change, and remain calm and confident in a fast-moving environment. From roster changes to onboard emergencies, you will be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, and help create a positive experience for every passenger
- Background Check: No criminal record
- Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time
- You will provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight
- You will carry out safety and security procedures, conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency equipment, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
- You will support onboard sales and promote products that enhance the passenger experience
- You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations
