Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a Fuels & Lubricants manufacturing company selling a broad range of formulations to numerous sectors; they are looking to add a Sales orientated Business Manager to their team to develop their business across Western Europe, and I think your profile would be a great fit.
This will be an individual contributor position, you will be be hunting and developing your own territory from scratch. The 3-5 year plan is that you will be able to hire a strong team and become the 'Managing Director' of your own business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new relationships to help expand the company, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets.
- Manage all sales-related processes, including customer acquisition and on-site presentations.
- Conduct customer visits and provide on-site consultations.
- Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and back office team to help grow the business unit in terms of both revenues and staff
- Participate in trade fairs and events to enhance company visibility.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Fuels, Lubricants & Base Oils
- 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales within the Lubricants sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated and independent working style.
