Brookside Health Group is seeking a detail-oriented Business Records Coordinator to support the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of business and operational records. This role plays an important part in ensuring documentation is properly organized, accessible, and aligned with internal policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and update business and operational records in digital and physical formats
  • Ensure records are accurately labeled, filed, and easy to retrieve
  • Review documents for completeness, consistency, and formatting accuracy
  • Assist with routine audits of records to ensure proper organization
  • Support data entry and record updates across internal systems
  • Coordinate with team members to collect, verify, and store documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Requirements & Qualifications
