- Support the design and implementation of a structured Partner Business Framework, including clear guidelines and standardized ways of working (internal and external)
- Establish and manage an annual renewal calendar to ensure all Partner agreements are reviewed, updated, and signed on time
- Localize and participate in Partner Quality Assessment & Health checks
- Support the design and implementation of a structured process for Partner selection, onboarding, evaluation, and offboarding
- Ensure Partner performance transparency and visibility through structured follow-up, reporting, and progress tracking
- Define business requirements for Partner performance tracking tools and collaborate with IT/Data teams to enable system and dashboard development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Partner performance and operational efficiency
- Participate in the design and implementation of Partner training and certification programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Establish a framework to connect training and capability mapping to Partner levels
- Set up and manage governance structure for Partner related topics
