- Assess and validate project management, CRM, and productivity tools using data from business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization, providing detailed feedback and insights.
- Analyze business data to inform tool performance and usability.
- Collaborate with customer teams by documenting findings and offering actionable recommendations.
- Engage in written and verbal communication to share insights and provide feedback on business systems.
- Have proven experience actively operating a business, with hands-on involvement in business systems.
- Possess deep expertise in business operations, project management, and workflow optimization.
- Have extensive use and evaluation of CRM systems, SaaS tools, and process automation platforms.
- Demonstrate strong data analysis skills, with an ability to draw actionable insights.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on clarity and thoroughness.
