Business Operations Director (B2B iGaming)
Job Summary
Lead and scale the Operations function for a global B2B iGaming solutions provider in regulated markets.
Responsible for building operations teams, processes, and service delivery frameworks from scratch to support operator clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute global Operations strategy across platform ops, compliance, risk/fraud, payments, client onboarding, and support.
· Build and lead end-to-end B2B service delivery models, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance across regulated jurisdictions.
· Recruit and scale Operations teams from zero, covering Client Ops, Technical Ops, Compliance, Payments & Fraud.
· Ensure full regulatory alignment (MGA, UKGC, Gibraltar, Ontario, NJ, etc.), including AML/KYC readiness and audit support.
· Own operational relationships with B2B clients: onboarding, market launches, platform migrations, and incident escalation.
· Define and track Ops KPIs, drive automation, process optimization, cost efficiency, and vendor management.
Requirements
· 8–12+ years in B2B iGaming operations, platform ops, or managed services.
· Proven experience building and scaling Ops teams from scratch.
· Strong knowledge of regulated market operations and compliance frameworks.
· Hands-on experience working with operator clients in B2B environments.
· Solid understanding of platform/PAM, payments, risk/fraud, KYC, and data/reporting systems.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Willingness for frequent international travel.
