Well Oiled Operations™ is a modern Business Optimization and advisory system, and an Acquisition.com portfolio company, designed to help companies scale beyond founder dependency and unlock their next phase of sustainable revenue growth.
Unlike legacy operating models that rely on constant firefighting, WOO provides a disciplined execution engine that aligns strategy, people, processes, and technology. Our work enables leaders to step out of day to day operations and focus on vision, growth, and impact while the business runs with clarity and control.
*$75,00-90,000 per year, full time salary position
We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to partner directly with the VP of Operations and help build the operational foundation that supports scale. This is a highly hands on role focused on turning strategy into systems.
You will work across finance, operations, customer success, and leadership to design, document, automate, and operationalize how the company runs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structuring ambiguous problems, working across systems, and building scalable processes that actually get used.
This is not a reporting only role. You will design workflows, build dashboards, create SOPs, automate processes, and help implement AI enabled operating systems.
