- Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
- Locations Available: Manchester, Marlow, London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle, South Coast, and Glasgow.
The Role & Experience
Join our largest department for a year of hands-on sales experience. You will gain core skills, lead real projects, and work towards team targets with commission potential.
- Support SMB customers (Corporate and Public Sector) with their technology needs.
- Gain exposure to New Business Development and Account Management.
- Learn Softcat's key technology products and solutions.
- Develop essential sales skills: communication, customer management, and relationship building.
- Work towards team targets/KPIs with opportunities to earn extra commission and incentives.
Candidate Requirements (Must Haves)
- A current undergraduate university student studying in the UK/Ireland.
- Must be in your penultimate year of study (ready for a 2026 placement).
- Open to all degree disciplines.
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for technology and sales.
