- Location: Germany (Berlin / Remote / Hybrid available)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: €55,000 – €85,000 + Benefits
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs
- Optimize data models and reporting processes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
