Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role will play a critical part in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for both internal teams and our federal and defense customers. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to build dashboards, develop reports, and support data-driven solutions that enhance performance, readiness, and lifecycle outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business operations and client engagements
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver clear insights
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sustainment planning, logistics optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting platforms
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by automating reporting processes and improving data pipelines
  • Stay up to date on emerging BI tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities


Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting government or defense clients and familiarity with DoD data requirements (preferred)
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance (if required by client contracts)
