As part of a succession plan and to further support the company’s growth in the German market, we are looking for your support as:


Your Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing the existing customer base
  • Identifying new business opportunities and actively acquiring new customers
  • Overseeing the entire sales process – externally as the primary customer contact, and internally in collaboration with various departments (engineering, inside sales, and sales & operations planning)
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses and participating in relevant trade fairs
  • Collaborating with the existing distributor network
  • Preparing visit reports, managing customer data in the CRM system, and reporting to the headquarters in France


Your Profile

  • A completed technical education with strong sales orientation, or a commercial education with technical affinity
  • Experience in B2B sales of complex technical products, ideally in sealing technology
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with customers
  • High self-motivation, autonomous and results-oriented working style, combined with team spirit
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Good command of English for communication with the headquarters
