Ledge is the digital venue for creators. A platform where creators host live experiences, events, community interactions, and monetize access to their audience.


We work directly with creators, brands, and agencies to help them turn their communities into interactive, paid experiences. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative whose primary responsibility will be sourcing and onboarding creators onto Ledge.


What You’ll Do

This role is heavily outbound and creator-facing.

  • Source and identify creators and streamers across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Discord, X)
  • Build targeted creator lists based on audience size, engagement, and fit
  • Conduct outreach via DMs, email, and Discord
  • Qualify creators and book intro calls
  • Track creator conversations and pipeline in our CRM
  • Help onboard creators onto Ledge and support early activation
  • Provide feedback on creator objections, messaging, and positioning
  • Support creator growth experiments and acquisition strategies


What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and direct communication
  • Strong written communication (short-form DMs matter here)
  • Highly organized and persistent
  • Interested in the creator economy, gaming, streaming, or online communities
  • Sales, influencer marketing, or creator outreach experience is a plus
