Tasks

We are looking for a Business Development Partner to support the growth of PraktikaX by promoting and selling our programs to:



  • Universities & educational institutions

  • Companies & organizations

  • Government & public sector entities

  • Training centers & professional bodies


This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, confident in communication, and motivated by results.


Key Responsibilities



  • Promote and sell Edu Praktix programs (internships, bootcamps, industrial courses, workshops, and custom training).

  • Identify and approach potential partners and clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions and decision-makers.

  • Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospects.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to align client needs with suitable programs.

  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline independently.

  • Represent Edu Praktix professionally in all communications.


Requirements

Strong background or interest in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Education.



  • English level: C1 or equivalent (mandatory).

  • Arabic language: Strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Results-oriented mindset and comfort with commission-based work.

  • Experience in selling B2B services, education programs, or training solutions is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with universities, corporates, or training ecosystems is an advantage.
