Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for dealers strategy, the business development and sales target achievement in dealers;
2. Establish and manage new and existing relationships with dealer customers;
3. Collect and analyze the information of competitors and industry;
4. Attend both face to face and virtual sales meetings;
5. Manage customers' satisfaction and service delivery standards by proactively monitoring service, anticipating potential problems, and resolving issues utilizing internal resources.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of experience in channel sales in gardening equipment category or related industries;
2. Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development;
3. Experience in a customer facing role such as customer success, customer service, sales, or solution development;
4. Results orientated and a strong negotiator;
5.Dutiful, honest, trustworthy, proactive, good team spirit, high execution ability, strong stability;
6.Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
