What you’ll be doing

  • Develop the Nordic industrial market from the ground up
  • Build senior-level relationships in highly regulated sectors
  • Represent the business from initial engagement through to contract signature
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape technical proposals


What you’ll bring

  • Proven BD experience in technical industrial construction
  • Knowledge of Nordic market practices and stakeholders
  • Experience in highly regulated industrial sectors
  • Commercial awareness and full-cycle deal experience
  • Experience securing high-value contracts (ideally €5M+ project size)
