Aerones is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will focus on expanding our market presence, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive sustainable business growth in the robotics and automation sectors.

- OEM Relationship Management: Develop and expand partnerships with leading European OEMs to integrate Aerones solutions into their service offerings
- Global Account Leadership: Own and grow select multinational client accounts, acting as the lead within the sales organization and strategic partner for Aerones services globally
- Strategic Sales: Lead high-value, complex sales cycles—identifying needs, building value propositions, and closing multi-country long term service agreements, R&D agreements and working within the Aerones organization to ensure new products match client requirements
- Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and costings that bundle Aerones services in effective ways into long term agreements and associated sales material
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to shape Aerones' positioning and inform product development
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
- Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs to internal stakeholders
- Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiations for service-level agreements, pricing models, and long-term contracts with procurement and legal teams
- 10+ years in B2B business development or strategic sales, ideally in renewable energy, industrial services, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of working with or selling to wind turbine OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- Experience in managing global or multi-national accounts with complex stakeholder networks
- Strong understanding of the wind energy value chain, particularly O&M (operations and maintenance)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to travel internationally as needed (:20-30%)
