WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
DRAKO is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team! We're looking for someone who is comfortable working autonomously to build their own pipeline while collaborating with internal AdOps and Analytics teams to solve client's advertising needs.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Own the end-to-end sales process: outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Work with our AdOps team to develop tailored adtech service solutions based on client needs and campaign objectives
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and forecasting best practices
- Stay up to date on adtech trends, platforms, and competitive offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- 2-3 years working experience in a sales role (experience working with agencies or in paid media preferred)
- An aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with prospects
- The ability to autonomously manage your own pipeline.
