As a Business Development Manager, you will take a leading role in identifying and realizing new growth opportunities. You’ll be responsible for expanding our customer portfolio, strengthening strategic alliances, and helping translate complex customer needs into effective imaging solutions.

Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers and new markets
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Create and execute business development strategies and plans
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Contribute to trade shows and client presentations to expand the network and increase brand awareness
• Report progress, results, and market insights to management
Requirements
• Bachelor or master degree, preferably in a commercial or business-related field
• Excellent technical knowledge of Machine vision
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar commercial role within the Machine vision industry
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, both commercially and technically
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and able to work independently
• Native or fluent (C1 level) written and spoken French or Italian
