Business Development Manager – Nordics (Data Centres / Industrial Solutions)

Location: Sweden preferred (flexible across the Nordics)


The Opportunity

A global leader in safety and access solutions is expanding its presence across the Nordic region and is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager.


This is a high-impact, front-end sales role focused on developing new business across the data centre sector, alongside broader opportunities within construction and industrial markets. You will play a key role in building regional pipeline and driving revenue growth in a market experiencing significant investment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy across the Nordics
  • Identify, target, and win new business within data centres, construction, and industrial sectors
  • Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in business development or technical sales
  • Background in construction, industrial, engineering, or related sectors
  • Exposure to or understanding of the data centre market is highly desirable
  • Strong network within the Nordics is advantageous
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a regional role
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; Nordic language(s) beneficial
