The Role

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen Yanolja Go Global’s presence in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, excellent commercial acumen, and an established network across Swiss travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, representing Yanolja Go Global’s global values in one of Europe’s most premium travel markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Switzerland’s leisure and corporate travel sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and execute market-specific sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Represent Yanolja Go Global at local and international travel industry events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Analyse performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage CRM updates, forecasts, and pipeline tracking.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong network within the Swiss travel market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one local language (German and/or French).
  • Knowledge of hotel distribution, contracting, and XML/API connectivity.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience with premium travel brands or multinational companies.
  • Experience managing cross-border business relationships.
  • Highly organised and results-driven professional approach.
