**Location:** Amsterdam, Netherlands (Remote)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive PCS business growth in the Netherlands & Benelux energy storage market
- Build strategic partnerships with BESS manufacturers and system integrators
- Lead tender responses and negotiate technical/commercial contracts
- Monitor market trends and technology developments in energy storage
- Develop marketing strategies and represent company at industry events
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years in energy storage, power electronics, or related field
- Experience in technical sales/business development for PCS or inverters
- Knowledge of BESS manufacturer and EPC business models
- Understanding of PCS functionalities and grid connection requirements
- Experience with battery storage, PV, or wind energy projects
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Willing to travel within Benelux region
