Remote - UK

Fixed up to £100k, double OTE


We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a remote-first company headquartered in France, with an additional office in the United States.

This role focuses predominantly on new business development (80% hunter) while maintaining and growing existing accounts (20%).

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling IT Service Management (ITSM) Operations solutions, handling deal sizes typically ranging from £30,000 to £80,000, with potential deals up to £200,000-£300,000. The portfolio includes 20-30 clients across the UK.

Experience selling into public administrations is desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a predominantly new business environment and enjoys working remotely from anywhere within the UK.


Skills

• Proven track record in new business development (hunter mentality)

• Experience selling ITSM Operations solutions

• Ability to manage and grow existing accounts (20% account management)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills for mid to large deal sizes (£30k-£80k, up to £300k)

• Experience selling to public sector or public administrations (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong pipeline and sales cycle management

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

• Strategic prospecting and lead generation skills

• Client relationship management across multiple accounts

• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Sales engagement and pipeline management tools


Certifications & Standards

• Relevant sales or business development certifications (desirable but not essential)
