Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with an innovative nutraceutical ingredients supplier who are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable commercial growth within the DACH region:
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the DACH region.
- Develop strong, long‑term relationships to support business growth and market expansion
- Define and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- Management of distributors and motivating them to visit customers.
- Representing the business at industry exhibitions, events, and customer visits
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with global account teams on multi‑market customer initiatives
- Drive projects to successful outcomes through structured planning and follow‑through
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (science‑related background advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within the nutraceutical ingredients space.
- Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, and long sales cycles
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Highly proactive “sales hunter” mentality with willingness to travel internationally.
- High level of English. Speaking German would be highly valued.
