Business Development Manager (Europe)
Location: Netherlands (Fully Remote)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: €90,000 + Car + Bonus
About the BDM (Europe) role
Nobul is excited to be partnering with a global leader in the design and manufacturing of advanced battery charging solutions, who are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their Sales team. Reporting to the Global Director or Sales, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for actively seeking, identifying, and engaging potential clients and prospects by leveraging direct sales techniques, networking, and market research. This role requires a willingness and ability to travel internationally to support sales and marketing efforts.
What you’ll do as the BDM (Europe)
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue, margin, and profitability goals through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and customer retention efforts within the Europe market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe with a focus on securing an OEM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Deliver tailored solutions and support that align with customer needs.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive new business development in target markets.
Key skills and experience for our BDM (Europe)
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably working for a manufacturer of battery/charge solutions or similar selling to OEM's.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Industry/product expertise, market awareness. Strong understanding of technical and electronics principles, particularly in industries such as battery manufacturing and electronics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to prepare presentations, reports, and sales materials.
- Fluent in English Dutch & German.
- Driver’s license.
