We are seeking a Business Development Manager EMEA to drive the growth and expansion of the company’s product portfolio across the region.
This is a newly created position with a strong entrepreneurial focus, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy, identify new market opportunities, and expand both direct and indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
- Take ownership of business development activities across EMEA
- Identify and develop new customers, industries, and applications
- Drive growth in key sectors such as chemical processing and semiconductor
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with global objectives
Customer & Market Development
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
- Align commercial activities with market trends and customer strategies
Channel & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and sales partners
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness and support for end customers
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales, technical support, and product management
- Contribute to defining product positioning, marketing strategies, and future roadmap
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with international sales teams to share best practices and identify synergies
- Support the execution of business plans and strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Engineering (ideally process engineering) or a comparable technical qualification
- Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong knowledge of fluid handling applications, pumps, or related technical products
- Experience within chemical, semiconductor, or process industries is highly desirable
- Track record of working with both end-users and distribution/channel partners
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in an international, matrix organisation
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA, with occasional international travel
