This is a strategic, outward‑facing role for a commercially driven professional who understands automated systems, customer workflows, and the evolving demands of modern intralogistics.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe with end‑users, integrators, and strategic partners.
- Lead solution‑driven sales conversations around automated material handling, robotics, conveyors, AS/RS, and wider intralogistics technologies.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with decision makers across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to shape proposals and deliver compelling customer solutions.
- Represent the group at industry events, trade fairs, and customer sites across Europe.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting, market intelligence, and account strategies to support long‑term growth.
About You
You will succeed in this role if you bring:
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales within intralogistics, industrial automation, robotics, or material handling.
- Strong understanding of automated systems, customer pain points, and ROI‑led solution selling.
- A proactive, self‑driven approach suited to a home‑based role with regular European travel.
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders from plant managers to C‑suite leaders.
- Fluent English; Swedish or additional European languages are an advantage.
