Role Description

Are you passionate about skin care and driven to build lasting business relationships? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing Skin Care Division in Central and Eastern Ontario.


In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and driving sales growth with some of the most innovative brands in the professional beauty and wellness industry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while being part of a collaborative, supportive team.


What You’ll Do


Develop and execute strategies to expand sales and market share in the skin care division


Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the spa, medical, and salon sectors


Collaborate with marketing and leadership to support launches, promotions, and strategic growth plans


Represent Stogryn and our premium brands with expertise and professionalism


What We’re Looking For


Proven success in business development, sales, or account management


Experience in the skin care, professional beauty, or wellness industry preferred


Exceptional skills in relationship building, communication, and negotiation


A self-starter who thrives on achieving results and contributing to team success


Strong organizational and time management abilities


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)


Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace


A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required
