Aleamed BVBA, founded in 2009, is a leading distributor of high-quality medical devices, serving hospitals, clinics, and private practices across the Benelux.
To expand our success from Belgium into the Netherlands, we’re looking for a strong and enthusiastic Business Development Manager.
Your Role:
- Meet with prospects (surgeons, hospitals, private clinics) to promote and present our medical products.
- Build trust and long-term relationships using your expertise, knowledge, and strong communication skills.
- Expand your client portfolio in the Netherlands through proactive prospecting.
- Manage sales, negotiate deals, create and follow up on quotations, supported by our internal team.
- Work independently while benefiting from ongoing guidance and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- HBO/Academic level of work and thinking.
- Enjoys autonomy and being on the road.
- Results-driven with a persuasive and enthusiastic approach.
- Affinity for medical instruments or devices.
- English language skills are a plus for manufacturer trainings.
