Position Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our business in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will play a key role in formulating and executing localized business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating large-scale projects. Your leadership and expertise will directly impact the growth and success of our operations in these markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Execution: Lead the BD team to achieve visit targets and key project milestones.
- Market Research & Strategy Development: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to create effective business strategies tailored to the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Strategic Planning & Decision Making: Develop and implement business plans, and collaborate with senior management to align the strategy with company goals.
- Business Coordination: Support M&A negotiations, drive project execution, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
