Position: Growth Manager

Role Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequencing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage strong leads pipelines.
- Develop and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Handle calls with company points of contact, addressing objections related to data sharing and compensation models.
- Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to align on partnership requirements and share market insights.
Requirements
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Have demonstrated expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
- Have advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
- Have experience designing and managing automated email campaigns and multistep outreach sequences.
- Have a track record of handling objections with confidence, especially around complex compensation or data models.
