  • Act as the lead point of contact and dedicated account manager for the regional client portfolio, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new registrations and prospective inquiries, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain a high-impact field presence (80% regional travel) to cultivate long-term stakeholder relationships, balanced with 20% administrative oversight and comprehensive reporting.
  • Conduct proactive regional research to identify key industry players and execute targeted acquisition strategies to expand market share.
  • Represent the organisation at national and regional trade fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor regional market trends and product advancements to provide actionable insights and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate and deliver high-value marketing initiatives, including technical training workshops and collaborative field visits with manufacturing partners.
  • Drive revenue by promoting the full product ecosystem, identifying cross-selling opportunities across the entire brand portfolio.
