You’ll be selling into a commercially savvy audience. These aren't sustainability managers – they’re the dealmakers. That means you'll need to:
- Understand how the real estate and asset management industries actually work
- Bring energy, structure, and confidence to a consultative sales process
- Build a compelling business case for sustainability as a value driver
Expect deep support: technical SMEs, targeted marketing campaigns, and high-value events to help you succeed. And while you don’t need to be an ESG expert on day one, you do need the curiosity and coachability to become one.
