They support customers throughout the entire machine development process— from the control system to the drive shaft, from the initial idea to after-sales. Their products can be found in a wide range of industries, including automotive, packaging, material handling logistics, and robotics
About the Role:
- 50% New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities with OEMs and system integrators.
- 50% Account Management: Nurture and grow existing customer relationships with tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through technical and commercial solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in industrial automation, mechatronics, or related technical sectors.
- Understanding of PLC and control systems
- Strong strategic, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who treats the role as their own business.
