Skogran (Bestplanter), part of the international forestry group GOAL15, is expanding its operations in Sweden and is looking for an experienced Business Developer to take full ownership of the Swedish market for professional forestry services.
This is a market-owning role, not a support function and not a script-driven sales position. You will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and building a sustainable project pipeline based on trust, credibility, and reliable delivery.

Your Responsibilities
As Business Developer – Sweden, you will:
- Own and develop business for Bestplanter’s forestry services in the Swedish market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with forest owners, forestry companies, and investment funds
- Identify market potential, customer needs, and upcoming forestry projects
- Structure and manage your own opportunity pipeline
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure realistic commitments and high service quality
- Represent Bestplanter at industry meetings, events, and exhibitions
- Contribute to long-term market development strategy in Sweden
- You will work independently, with direct support from international management and operational teams.
Your Profile
This role is for you if you:
- Have experience working in the forestry sector, particularly with silviculture or forest operations (e.g., planting, young stand tending, or similar forestry activities)
- Have experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the forestry industry
- Understand how forest owners, forestry companies, and industry stakeholders make business decisions in the Swedish forestry sector
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of market development
- Can build trust-based, long-term customer relationships
- Work in a structured, proactive, and results-oriented way
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English (Finnish is an advantage but not required)
- Are willing to travel within Sweden as needed
