Core Responsibilities:-


1) Strong B2B Hunter

We are looking for a true new business developer — not an account manager maintaining existing relationships.


This person must:

  • Proactively identify and approach decision-makers (CEO, HR Director, Production Manager, Operations Manager, etc.)
  • Be comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and direct prospecting
  • Open doors independently without relying on inbound leads
  • Handle rejection professionally and persistently
  • Build pipeline systematically and consistently

Success in this role requires resilience, structure and daily activity discipline.


2) Comfortable Selling Both Recurring Services and Project-Based Recruitment

The role includes two different sales logics:


Personnel leasing (recurring revenue):

  • Long-term cooperation
  • Ongoing billing
  • Relationship-driven growth
  • Understanding workforce planning and operational needs


Direct recruitment (project-based):

  • One-time placement fees
  • Faster closing cycles
  • Higher margin per deal
  • Strong candidate-client matching capability


The ideal candidate understands how to balance:

  • Stable recurring revenue streams
  • High-margin recruitment projects


3) Able to Price Based on Value (Not Discount-Driven)

We are not seeking a price-dumping salesperson.


The candidate must:

  • Understand client business impact (production delays, turnover cost, recruitment risk)
  • Sell risk reduction and operational continuity
  • Justify multipliers (1.5–1.65+) for specialist roles
  • Protect company margins
  • Avoid unnecessary discounting to “win” deals

This requires confidence and business understanding, not transactional selling.


4) Understands Margin Logic

The compensation model is based on gross margin (ALV 0 % sales).


Therefore, the candidate must:

  • Understand the difference between revenue and margin
  • Recognize how pricing affects profitability
  • Be capable of negotiating within defined margin frameworks
  • Think long-term instead of short-term revenue spikes

This role requires commercial thinking — not just volume sales.


5) Capable of Expanding into New Industries

Although current focus may include industrial, construction and logistics sectors, the company aims to expand.


The candidate must:

  • Identify opportunities in new sectors (e.g. technology, healthcare, engineering, services, expert roles)
  • Adapt sales messaging to different industries
  • Build new verticals independently
  • Recognize where margin potential is stronger

We are seeking someone who sees growth opportunities, not limitations.


6) Entrepreneurial and Independent

This is not a corporate sales environment with heavy supervision.


The ideal candidate:

  • Manages their own time and activity structure
  • Sets weekly prospecting targets
  • Tracks pipeline independently
  • Takes ownership of results
  • Thinks like a business partner, not an employee
  • High autonomy – high responsibility.


Ideal Background

  • 3–5+ years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, industrial services or other solution sales preferred
  • Strong Finnish language skills mandatory
  • Existing regional business network is a strong advantage
  • Financially motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation


Not Suitable For

  • Pure relationship/account maintenance sales profiles
  • People requiring constant supervision
  • Transactional price-based sellers
  • Individuals uncomfortable with cold outreach
