We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in the Netherlands. (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht,...)
This role is key to generating new revenue from large organizations through proactive outreach, strategic relationship building, and full-cycle deal management across national and international markets. This is the perfect role if you hae 2/3 years of B2B full sales cycle experience, and ready to grow your career even more!

What will you do?
- Drive new revenue by sourcing, engaging, and converting enterprise clients (200+ white-collar employees)
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across multiple geographies
- Build C-level relationships and develop account strategies to grow existing business
- Collaborate with brokers and real estate advisors to expand market reach
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B solution selling with a focus on enterprise accounts (2/3 years)
- Skilled in independently sourcing and progressing long-cycle deals
- Hunter mentality, build up your own portfolio
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to exceed revenue targets
- Experience in commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus
- Comfortable navigating global, matrixed environments and cross-functional teams
- Dutch C2, and good knowledge of English.
