Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a German speaking Business Development Manager in Central Europe. The candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the Central European market. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, fostering relationships with existing customers and distributors, and to oversee the sales process in the region from initial contact to final implementation.
The position also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and closing deals
- Proven ability in business planning, strategic partnership development, and market analysis
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Experience in electronics industry, an electromechanical background is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote work environment
- Native German speaker and proficiency in English is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in international business and/or the European market is beneficial
