Shipix is an Amsterdam based, fast growing SaaS company building an AI powered Transport Management System (TMS) for small-mid sized freight transport companies.


We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own new customer acquisition and expand our product across the Benelux market.


Your Mission


Generate new recurring revenue in the Benelux market by acquiring small and mid sized transport companies.


  1. Build pipeline.
  2. Run demos and meetings with decision makers.
  3. Close deals.
  4. Maintain and grow your accounts.


What You Will Do


Primary focus is new sales.


  • Identify and approach transport and logistics companies
  • Create and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Run discovery call, meetings and product demos with decision makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
  • Support handover into implementation
  • Remain commercially responsible for the accounts you acquire


What You Bring


  • Minimum 3 years experience selling software to transport companies (TMS, planning software, telematics or logistics SaaS)
  • Strong network and deep understanding of the Dutch small carrier market
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record closing new business
  • Highly self driven and comfortable working independently
  • Entrepreneurial and hands on
