The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account / Business Development / Sales Manager with a hunter mentality, a high performing sales professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about scaling not just revenue but meaningful customer value.
You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding Flowtales footprint either in Northern Europe or the DACH region, with Flowform as one of your key product priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business acquisition and drive growth with strategic accounts
- Develop deep insights into customer operations, needs, and business strategy
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and nurture strong, trust based relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue opportunities within transport/logistics, manufacturing or food production industries
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product prioritization and strategy
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
- Partner closely with the CSO and cross functional teams to drive commercial initiatives
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise solution sales, ideally within:
- Transport & Logistics
- Manufacturing
- Food / FMCG / Industrial segments
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of new business success
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate value in technical and business terms
- Comfortable selling a technical/AI enabled product and explaining business value clearly
Languages (mandatory):
- Fluent in English (company language)
- Fluent in Swedish or German (spoken and written)
