The Role:
Our client is a fast growing Web3 infrastructure protocol operating at the core of the Ethereum ecosystem. Its products are designed to support liquidity, restaking and next generation DeFi primitives, with growing adoption across mainnet and Layer 2 environments.
They are looking for a Senior DeFi Growth Manager to lead DeFi integrations and ecosystem driven growth initiatives. This is a high impact role focused on identifying, prioritising and executing partnerships with DeFi protocols including DEXs, lending markets and liquid staking and restaking platforms. You will play a key role in driving adoption, TVL and real product utility across the protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DeFi integrations across DEXs, lending protocols, liquid staking and restaking platforms, and aggregators
- Design and execute growth strategies that drive usage, liquidity and incentive participation
- Own and manage relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, yield platforms and ecosystem partners
- Track LST and LRT opportunities across Ethereum and Layer 2 networks, prioritising high impact integrations
- Represent the protocol across DeFi communities, governance forums and ecosystem discussions
- Collaborate closely with product, business development, marketing and engineering teams on launches and incentive programmes
- Provide reporting and insights on performance, ROI and broader DeFi market trends
- Optionally mentor or manage other growth contributors as the team scales
Key Requirements:
- Must be based in either Zurich, New York, London, Singapore or Dubai
- 5+ years of experience working in DeFi or Web3, ideally in a growth, ecosystem or partnerships role
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, liquid staking and restaking, and Ethereum infrastructure
- Proven ability to drive growth through integrations, partnerships or incentive design
- Established network across DeFi ecosystems spanning mainnet and Layer 2s
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly autonomous, proactive and results driven
- Previous leadership or people management experience is a strong plus
