Role Description:
Are you fascinated by the world of Venture Capital and want to see how deals are sourced? Oniks Capital is looking for 1-2 ambitious Business Development Interns to join our team!
What you’ll do:
- Startup Scouting: Identify and reach out to high-potential Ukrainian founders to bring them onto the platform.
- Investor Networking: Connect with international investors to expand our capital network.
- Pipeline Building: Learn the ropes of deal flow and assist in our acquisition strategies.

- Commitment: Flexible, ~6-8 hours per week
Who we're looking for:
A confident communicator who isn’t afraid of outreach and is eager to learn the ins and outs of the VC ecosystem.
- Bonus point: Speaking Ukrainian is a huge plus (but not mandatory).
